Caitlin Carberry

Caitlin Carberry (She/Her)

PT, DT

Cait is dedicated to helping patients feel heard, supported, empowered, and confident. She strives to create an environment where patients can openly discuss their concerns, better understand their bodies, and work collaboratively toward meaningful goals. Cait provides individualized, evidence-based care that addresses the whole person and supports lasting improvements in health and quality of life.

Cait’s interest in pelvic health began while working as a physical therapy aide, where she had the opportunity to shadow a pelvic health physical therapist and assist patients with their exercise programs.  Through this experience, she recognized the meaningful impact pelvic health physical therapy can have on a person’s quality of life and knew it was the specialty she wanted to pursue. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University and is committed to lifelong learning through continuing education and evidence-based practice.

Cait has a special interest in working with individuals experiencing pelvic health dysfunction, as well as those with hypermobility spectrum disorders and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. She understands the complexity of these conditions, and values the opportunity to help patients return to the activities that are most meaningful to them. She believes patient education is a cornerstone of care, and enjoys empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to regain control over their bodies and their health.

Outside of the clinic, Cait enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, reading, and relaxing in the park with her dog, Harley. She is known for her kind, approachable, and lighthearted personality, and for never turning down a piece of chocolate.
