During these one-on-one coaching sessions, clients can expect to receive personalized guidance on how to improve their pelvic health. This may include education on pelvic floor anatomy and function, exercises to strengthen or relax the pelvic floor muscles, and strategies to manage symptoms such as bladder & bowel disorders, sexual pain & dysfunction, and prenatal & postpartum care. The coaching sessions also provide a safe space for clients to ask questions and discuss any concerns they may have about their pelvic health.
