Kiko Li (She/Her)
Kiko is dedicated to providing comprehensive patient care with a holistic approach, helping patients regain confidence in their movement and return to the activities they love. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University, where she completed an advanced track in Neurorehabilitation. During her studies, she developed a strong interest in integrating cognitive training with physical rehabilitation, presenting on Pain Neuroscience and completing a master’s project on the effects of combining cognitive and physical training on self-perception of falls in post-stroke populations.
Early in her professional career, Kiko specialized in orthopedics, treating a wide range of cases from postural-related neuromuscular imbalances to sports-related injuries. She then pursued advanced pelvic floor training through Herman and Wallace and remains actively engaged in ongoing education to stay informed on current research and best practices. Through her work addressing incontinence, pre- and postnatal care, and pelvic pain, Kiko developed a deep passion for helping patients with pelvic health dysfunction. She strives to create a safe, supportive environment and hopes to destigmatize conversations around these conditions.
With a background in racket sports and running, Kiko draws from personal experience to guide clients through recovery and empower them to reach their goals. Outside the clinic, she is a visual artist and has a background in screenwriting. She enjoys live theater and occasionally provides backstage treatment to performers, helping them return to the stage. When she’s not working, she’s likely on the hunt for the best chocolate chip cookies in NYC.
