Melanie Rocchio (She/Her)
Melanie is a caring physical therapist who is committed to helping her patients feel capable and confident in their bodies. Her own experience as a pelvic floor PT patient opened her eyes to how impactful this type of care can be, and it ultimately inspired her to dedicate her career to this area of practice. She strives to create a welcoming space where patients feel heard and supported throughout their care.
With a strong foundation in orthopedic physical therapy, Melanie brings a whole-body lens to pelvic health. She has experience treating a wide range of conditions, from post-surgical rehab and sports injuries to osteoporosis and chronic pain, and integrates this background into her pelvic floor work. Her treatment style blends hands-on manual techniques with functional exercise and nervous system regulation, always tailored to meet each person where they are.
Outside the clinic, Melanie enjoys staying active through long walks, strength training, soccer, yoga, and hiking. She is also a big fan of discovering neighborhood food gems, whether it’s a cozy café or a new restaurant.
