Susan Kellogg Spadt is the director of Sexual Medicine at the Pelvic and Sexual Health Institute of Philadelphia. She reminded the attendees of the conference to differentiate between aspects of dyspareunia, or painful sex. Is the pain occurring upon penetration? Inside the vaginal canal?
